Author interview with David Logan

Author interview with David Logan The League of Sharks is the lastest YA/Childrens book by award winning author David Logan, whose first book, Lost Christmas received some rave reviews. When I read the synopsis of The League of Sharks I knew it was a book for me. Mainly in the childrens section of fiction it is hard to come up with an interesting story that hasn't been told or isn't relayed to much to other published stories. And this is just what David Logan manages to do. The League of Sharks is a action packed, rivitting adventure story ready for the big screen!! Author bio: David Logan grew up on the south coast of England. He pursued a career in the film business and has worked as a screenwriter for the last thirteen years. In that time, he has worked for most of the major American studios. He lives in Hove, East Sussex. Quercus published his first novel, Lost Christmas , in 2011. ------------------------------------------------------------------ ...

No one believes Junk saw a monster take his sister. No one believes he’s not to blame. So begins Junk’s quest to find Ambeline’s kidnapper. When I first read the title of the book I was actually a bit put off, but this was something personal I somehow made the link with the sharks in the title to a ...

And it's not every day that a wizard rescues you from the clutches of gnarly trolls. But for Jinx, this isn't turning out to be a very normal sort of day... The bubbling cauldrons and coloured potions of the wizard's house are a world away from the life Jinx has left behind. Even the walls are soaked in magic, and it's not long before Jinx begins to unlock his own rare powers. But Simon Magus is no ordinary wizard. He seems to need something from Jinx - something dark. And Jinx begins to wonder: can he trust Simon... at all? Jinx: The Wizard’s Apprentice is the first book in the Jinx series that tells the story of Jinx a young boy, thrown into a world of magic by happenstance, or is it? Jinx is also the debut series by Sage Blackwood. I always try to alternating book genres, reading fanta...
